W hen I first met Tony Whatley, I was a masterclass in intentional living. Tony, founder of the 365 Driven movement, is more than a successful entrepreneur— he’s a strategist, a mentor, and a man on a mission to help expected business insights. What I got others build a life that reflects financial success and personal fulfillment. This wasn’t just an interview—it was a conversation with a man who’s walked the walk.
While still working full-time, Tony launched LS1Tech, an online community for car enthusiasts. That “side hustle” eventually grew into one of the largest online automotive performance forums, generating millions in revenue before he sold it. “I didn’t quit my job immediately,” Tony said. “I didn’t need to. I proved that I could build something meaningful in my spare time.” This revelation became the cornerstone of his message: you don’t need to quit your job to change your life—you need to start.
From Corporate to Creative Control Tony’s background might surprise you. A mechanical engineer by trade, he built his corporate career in the oil and gas industry—climbing the ranks, checking the boxes, and doing everything “right.” But, like many high achievers, he felt something was missing. “I was successful on paper,” he told me, “but I wasn’t fulfilled. I was building someone else’s dream.”
So he built his own.
