Join a community stewardship volunteer event at a park in Burien. Partner organizations and Forest Stewards need your help to remove weeds, plant native plants, and care for the forest! Interested in getting paid to learn about the environment? Join one of the Green Burien Partnership internships to learn about plants, green careers, environmental justice, habitat restoration and more. Current internships include: the summer Burien Green Teen program for Highline School District high schoolers, the fall and spring Outdoor Innovators after school internship for Innovation Heights Academy students, and other middle school after school programs for Highline School District students.
