Ambassador Responsibilities Onsite
SHRM National joins Texas SHRM Affiliate Chapters in an area of the trade show floor called The Texas SHRM Chapter Hub. In the area there are 6' skirted table for the TX Regions and two chairs with ample space for chapter collateral and more. Arrange Chapter Onsite Participation Confirm participation with Dena Culpepper, dena@workwithcmg.com Schedule volunteers to “man” the table during breaks and lunches Ship any giveaways or collateral that can’t be hand carried to the warehouse. Represent the Conference at Chapter Events and Meetings Texas SHRM Chapter Conference Ambassadors are responsible for organizing the Chapter’s presence in the Texas SHRM Chapter Hub at the event.
