Stretch Therapy: Optimize your movement patterns and prevent injuries by working our Stretch therapists. They lead you through a series of assisted stretching movements and track your progress. Physical Therapy: Through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques, our physical therapists empower you to regain strength, flexibility, and independence. Junior Beast Badge: The Beast Badge is awarded to juniors ages 10-15 who have demonstrated proficiency through a series of skill tests covering the fitness area rules and exercise. Once completed they may utilize the fitness center unattended.

WALKING CLUB: The Walking Club meets every Monday for an 11:00am walk around the golf course. Meet in the Fitness Center at 10:55am every if you’d like to join! We leave promptly at 11am!

30/30: Each class is constructed differently, BUT every class will NOT differ in the general format: Half Strength and Half Conditioning! Participants pick their own weights and sessions are timed so everyone can go at their own comfort level. HOT VINYASA: Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic practice rooted in Ashtanga yoga principles, where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement in a heated room. Benefits include cardiovascular health, strength building, wide range of motion, stress relief, flexibility and connection with breath.

SENIOR FITNESS: This class is designed to work on endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, strength and agility in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

TRI FIT: This class incorporates the trifecta of cardio, weights and core. Tri-fitness is the perfect class for those new to working out as well as those members looking for a controlled, moderate fitness session.

GOLF FITNESS: This type of training focuses on the core stability, strength, and explosiveness needed to create stability and mobility in the right places in your body for golf

TABATA: Tabata workouts are used to increase muscular strength and help maximize cardio capacity. The workouts are created to use one's own body weight and at times weights in order to push one's physical boundaries. The routines run in 20 second intervals of work and 10 seconds of rest for a number of rounds. The goal is to have a high intensity workout in a short amount of time.
