Beyond the Gym Massage Therapy: Jocelyn brings twelve years of clinical practice, including nine years focused on medical massage. Grounded in biomechanics and evidence-based care, Jocelyn designs individualized treatment plans through thorough assessment and a thoughtful blend of modalities. Focus areas include pain relief, inflammation reduction, and mobility restoration, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and lasting wellness. Functional Nutrition Coaching: Invest in your health and well-being with the guidance of our certified functional nutrition coaches as you understand the root causes of health concerns, create personalized dietary plans, and empower you to make sustainable choices for optimal health. Stretch Therapy: Optimize your movement patterns and prevent injuries by working our Stretch therapists. They lead you through a series of assisted stretching movements and track your progress. Physical Therapy: NovaCare is the area’s leading sports improvement physical therapy provider, dedicated to enhancing each client’s performance and enjoyment of their game. Our specially- trained sports physical therapists strive every day to deliver clinical excellence and the highest standard of care to competitive and recreational athletes. NovaCare physical therapists are focused on injury prevention, treatment and performance enhancement so all athletes may achieve their individualized goals. We are conveniently located in the Fitness Center and treat on Mondays and Thursdays. Junior Beast Badge: The Beast Badge is awarded to juniors ages 10-15 who have demonstrated proficiency through a series of skill tests covering the fitness area rules and exercise. Once completed they may utilize the fitness center unattended.

WALKING CLUB: The Walking Club meets every Monday for an 11:00am walk around the golf course. Meet in the Fitness Center at 10:55am every if you’d like to join! We leave promptly at 11am!
30/30: Each class is constructed differently, BUT every class will NOT differ in the general format: Half Strength and Half Conditioning! Participants pick their own weights and sessions are timed so everyone can go at their own comfort level. HOT VINYASA: Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic practice rooted in Ashtanga yoga principles, where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement in a heated room. Benefits include cardiovascular health, strength building, wide range of motion, stress relief, flexibility and connection with breath.
SENIOR FITNESS: This class is designed to work on endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, strength and agility in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
TRI FIT: This class incorporates the trifecta of cardio, weights and core. Tri-fitness is the perfect class for those new to working out as well as those members looking for a controlled, moderate fitness session.
GOLF FITNESS: This type of training focuses on the core stability, strength, and explosiveness needed to create stability and mobility in the right places in your body for golf
MAT PILATES: is a form of exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, performed on a mat with little to no equipment. It emphasizes controlled movements, precise technique, and breathwork to strengthen the body from the inside out.
