The Examination Stage During the examination stage, our Seller's Team will evaluate the property for past liens and heirship in addition to all the governmental notices that the seller's side will need to provide to the buyer. There are many city and county ordinances that may have to be provided to prospective buyers that the seller may not be aware of, such as: MUD notices, ECAD notices and water district notices. The seller's team will conduct a comprehensive examination of public records, including deeds, liens, mortgages, and other encumbrances that may affect the sale of the property.
