Jennifer Summers Jennifer Summers has an extensive background in real estate that started after graduating from the University of North Texas with a BA in Business Marketing. Jennifer was brought up in a family with a long history of real estate sales and development skills. Her family owned and operated three new home-building companies and a real estate brokerage. After a decade running a top producing Team at Keller Williams, Jennifer opened her own Brokerage, Hoyden Homes in 2022. Our vision for Real Estate is to elevate Realtors to have a higher responsibility to their clients and have a dignity of work that has been missing from the Real Estate Industry.
