One of the most basic rules of health + wellness is that we need to drink water which many of us find difficult at the outset of our journey. The human body comprises around 60% water. It’s commonly recommended that you drink eight 8-ounce (237-mL) glasses of water per day (the 8×8 rule). Although there’s little science behind this specific rule, staying hydrated is important. #1 Meet or exceed the daily water #2 Increase water intake during exercise and period of increased activity. #3 Drink a large glass of water as soon as you wake and right before bed. #4 Use reusable bottles & tap water is cheaper #5 If you want more taste, use lemon or try flavoured vitamin water, be creative!
