Intergovernmental Financing Lease Improvement Fund Payables Maryland Aviation Administration

The MDTA holds funds to be used for future improvement projects in connection with the CFC and PFC airport improvement programs. The respective funds are included in the intergovernmental payable in the accompanying statements as pledged revenues that separately secure the BWI Airport Consolidated Rental Car Facility Bonds and the BWI Airport Passenger Facility Charge Revenue Bonds. The present value of the improvement fund payables as of June 30, 2024 is as follows:
