The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in North Vancouver, at 31%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in July was $1,397,500, a 1.2% decrease from June and 5% above July 2023. The average sold price was $1,410,250, 5% above last month; the average PSF sale price was $846, up 3% to last month.
