Global Graphics Software, a developer of core technolo- gies for digital printing and the OEM business unit of Hy- brid Software, has been presented with the King’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation, the UK’s highest business honor. The award recognizes the company’s innovation for SmartDFE, an intelligent digital front end platform that drives high-speed label & packaging. The award was formally presented at the company’s headquarters in Cambridge by His Majesty The King’s representative, Mrs Julie Spence OBE CStJ QPM, HM Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire, who was accom- panied by the Deputy Lieutenant Dan Schunmann, and Lord-Lieutenant Cadet Sergeant Major Bethany Carnegie.

Following an address from Mrs Spence, Justin Bailey, Managing Director of Global Graphics Software, accept- ed the award on behalf of the company. The ceremony included the reading of the official citation, signed by The King and the Prime Minister, and was followed by a cele- bration with employees and guests. The King’s Award for Enterprise is the UK’s most prestigious business accolade, celebrating outstanding achievement in innovation, inter- national trade, sustainable development, and promoting opportunity. This marks the second time Global Graphics Software has received the award, having been recognized in 2020 with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Innova- tion for its ScreenPro screening software. ECO3 To Launch Magis Pro-Eco 300+ ECO3 will be unveiling a new piece of flexographic photo- gravure equipment to the public for the first time at Label- expo Europe, to be held in Barcelona, Spain, from Septem- ber 16 to 19, 2025: the Magis Pro-Eco 300+. This compact unit combines LED exposure, washing, drying and finish- ing of flexo plates in a single workflow. The Magis Pro-Eco 300+ is aimed primarily at convert- ers of narrow web labels and photoengraver, offering flexo plates up to 610 x 762 mm.
