Label Power Installs Australia’s First Omet KFlex 530 Label Power has reportedly installed the first Omet KFlex 530 narrow-web flexographic press in Australia, sourced through Currie Group.

The new Omet KFlex 530, with its 530mm web width, en- ables production of larger label sizes and increased vol- umes by fitting additional rows of labels onto the web. The press features Omet’s Switch system, which allows adaptation of the press configuration for specific job re- quirements. Additional flexibility comes through modules for energy-efficient GEW water-cooled UV LED curing, de- lamination and relamination, and die cutting stations.
