AIR TESTING A TTNI provided air tests on site, air test reports and certificates and as-built SAPs and EPCs for all properties at Clooney Mews. ATTNI is a family-run business based in Mid Ulster that works with architects, developers, builders and self-builders from design right through until the properties are built and ready for sign off from building control. ATTNI is a father, daughter partnership. Michael Berryman had 30 years experience in construction before training with Stroma and Elmhurst energy to become an air tester and an accredited Energy Assessor, providing SAP reports and EPCs. Michael’s daughter Hannah joined the business in 2018. She takes care of the office and admin side of the business but has also qualified as an accredited energy assessor with Elmhurst and has processed hundreds of design SAPs and as-built SAPs and EPCs. Commenting on the project, Michael
