What I did: Troubleshoot issues with the software and helped customers resolve their issues. What I liked: That I got to expand my knowledge when we had trainings for new modules, using analytical thinking, and being able to collaborate with employees. Future Dream Job: Unsure, but I will be working full-time at Skyward after graduation.
