BALTIMORE, MD — Hill Management Services, Inc. has broken ground on Dover Commons, a 66,600 s/f ware- house/industrial building situ- ated in the Glen Burnie section of Anne Arundel County. Con- tained within the Bay Meadow Industrial Park on 6730 Do- ver Rd. near the Baltimore- Washington Int'l. Airport, the speculative building is expected to deliver this fall.
