The 3-¼” jamb depth windows are AAMA rated CW-PG50 for the double-hung and CW-PG65 for the fixed win - dows. Both windows offer con- tinuous master frame options which facilitated the fabrication of multiple window units. The Series 2000A and 2100 energy efficient windows sup - plied feature ⅞” dual-pane insulated glass units with Vitro Solarban 60 low-E coating and Argon gas filling. The win- dow frames are finished with Crystal’s elegant durable and environmentally sustainable AAMA 2604 bronze powder coat paint. In the heart of Nashville’s oldest historic neighborhood, Germantown Place Apart- ments, located at 4th Ave. North and Jefferson St., were built in 2009 and are part of Nashville’s affordable hous- ing program. The 4-story, 51,700-ft2 building features 70 one- and three-bedroom apartments, modern upscale amenities, on-site manage- ment, off-street parking, and gated access. The property is owned by Jefferson Street Lofts, LP. Highland Building Group of Nashville, TN is the general contractor for the res- toration work. Window City of Nashville, TN and Clifton, NJ, a national distributor with installation and service crews, was the fenestration installer. In addition to supplying Ger- mantown Place Apartments with new windows, Crystal is also supplying windows for two other tornado-damaged properties in Nashville at this time. MAREJ
