Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? What impact has social media/networking had on your career? Social Media has made it much easier to build my over- all brand. Growing up in Delaware has been a huge help as far as learning the real estate market once I was ready to dive into the industry. I also think that being approach- able and willing to start a conversation with anyone is a great way to get your foot in the door and build a network of professional connections. What challenges and or obstacles do you feel you needed to overcome to become as successful as you are today?

He specialized in interior design but always had a keen eye for real estate. Growing up, I still remember assist- ing him with managing our rental properties, although I’m not sure I was much help

free time? Fortunately, I was raised in the sand of Rehoboth Beach, DE every summer for as long as I can remember, it’s hard to beat a good day in the sun. If I want to work-out, another one of my favorite things to do is go play Basketball at my neighborhood park. What inspiring word of advice would you give to a young executive graduat- ing from college? Get creative, be patient, and think outside the box. Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current posi- tion and why you choose the field/profession you are in today? I began my career early on in college by interning for a residential firm in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This led me to learn a lot about the industry as a whole and eventually want to dabble in the com- mercial realm. I worked for a small firm in Charleston, SC before getting to know the founders of DSM and even- tually packed my things to
