It’s not every day you get to share fantastic news, but here I am, delighted to announce that our office won second place in the Best of the South Sound awards! I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who voted for us, recognizing our commitment to providing exceptional one-on- one physical therapy services. This award is more than just a plaque or a certificate; it’s a testament to the trust and relationships we’ve built within our community. It’s a reminder of why we started this journey and the promise we made to never compromise on the quality of care we provide. That’s why, no matter what, we will always offer one-on-one personalized treatment, even as Medicare costs begin to weigh down clinics industry-wide. As we mentioned in our last newsletter, we noticed a growing need for specialized care among our Medicare patients — those who often felt overlooked or underserved by the standard health care models. Meanwhile, the few clinics that would agree to take them in could only offer a single therapist to multiple patients at once. It became clear that we needed to innovate to continue offering patients the high-quality care they deserved. That’s when we introduced our concierge service. This program isn’t just about treating symptoms; it provides a comprehensive, personalized approach that addresses each patient’s unique needs and health goals. This is just one way we try to give our best to our patients. One story that stands out and embodies the impact of our work involves a remarkable client — a man in his 80s who came to us with little hope that physical therapy could alleviate his chronic pain. He had resigned himself to the idea that discomfort was just a part of aging. However, after a few sessions, he couldn’t believe his relief. It was a turning point for him,

and his gratitude was palpable. He even shared his journey on my podcast, inspiring others with his newfound hope. Those interested in hearing

TASTY TURKEY MEATLOAF This turkey meatloaf is packed with flavor and protein, perfect for a family dinner or meal prep!

INGREDIENTS • 1 lb ground turkey • 1 onion, diced

• 2 tbsp ketchup • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 eggs • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley • Salt and pepper, to taste

• 2 cloves garlic, minced • 1/2 cup bread crumbs • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 375 F and line a baking dish with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. 3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the baking dish. 4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F. 5. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
