Warranty Procedures All products have a one year guarantee from date of purchase. Products found to have been abused will not be deemed as under guarantee. Please note : Stingray will charge a 15% handling fee on stock accepted as a return that is proven to not be faulty and the retailer was not obliged to accept the return in terms of the CPA. Stock returned without the complete packaging, that is not faulty, will also incur a 15 % handling fee.
Proof of purchase (1 day to 6 months from date of purchase, with proof of purchase). Units can be returned for a replacement or refund from the store. Provided there is adequate proof of purchase and the item is tested and confirmed genuinely faulty.
No proof of purchase or guarantee expired (older than one year)
Proof of purchase supplied - 6 months to 1 year
Assessed by store and found to be manufacturing fault send for repair.
Assessed by store and found to be customer abuse - contact Stingray for repair at customer cost.*

Note: Where the product has been supplied and the consumer was allowed the oppurtunity to inspect the goods prior to purchase (retail environment) or the product is damaged due to consumer negligence, Stingray will treat the case as an “Out of Warranty” return and will not
