Always consult your physical therapist or physician before starting exercises you are unsure of doing. Supine Leg To Chest Lie flat on your back with both knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Bring your knee up toward your chest as high as you can. Use your arms to gently pull your knee further. Return to the starting position, then repeat 6 times.
Knee Flexion Kneel on both knees with knee at a 90 angle. Slowly lower your buttocks towards your heels and hold. Return to the starting position. Repeat 6-10 times.
