Notice of Planning Application for 1196 Sunningdale Road West The City of London has received an application from Landea Developments proposing an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment for 1196 Sunningdale Road West to allow a mix of residential and community uses. This development application consists of two separate concepts. One is for a new secondary school with a surface parking area and outdoor recreation space. The second proposal is for a 626-unit residential development. Both proposals provide for a public park at the southeastern corner of the area.
