Utilities The existing utility services at Hankins Park include a 1-inch water line and 3-phase power, both of which are sufficient resources for a splash pad with a recirculation system. Though the park is adjacent to the Osgood Canal, water will be designed drain into the reservoir, rather than to flow into the canal as treated water can be harmful to organisms in the canal.
