Welcome to the 2025 ZERO Prostate Cancer Virtual Education & Support Summit ! As a Roundtable Leader, here are some steps to get you started:

1. Go to https://zeroprostatecancer.vfairs.com/en 2. Log in using the email address you have been using to communicate with ZERO staff (will most likely be your work email) 3. No password needed!

LEADING YOUR ROUNDTABLE
Roundtables are an interactive space where attendees can join small-group discussions on topics they are interested in.
Icons indicate the different types of Roundtable sessions:
ZERO-Led Discussions: A ZERO Staff Member will lead this topic.
Support Group-Led Discussions: A support leader in the prostate cancer community will lead this topic. Expert-Led Q&As: An expert will explore a topic and answer your questions. 1
✅ Before the Session:
● Prepare any materials to aid your Roundtable ahead of time. ● Log in early (10–15 minutes before Roundtable start time). ● Navigate to the Roundtable Discussions tab to locate your session. You may use the search bar to filter Roundtable sessions by keyword.
● Enter the session via the Join button once it becomes active. ○ Only the sessions you are leading will show a Join button

● Test your camera and microphone . ○ Please take the time to join early to ensure your microphone and camera are working properly and have access to the platform. ○ The below screenshot will appear when you first join. Please request permissions.

■ If you miss the step to request permission, grant access to your microphone and camera by going to the search bar,
selecting the icon
and toggling to allow camera,
microphone, and sound.

● Roundtable Discussions seats are limited capacity (40 total seats) and are first-come first-serve. ○ You have a reserved spot ● Attendees will be notified through the platform when Roundtable Discussions are about to begin. ● Your Roundtable may have a moderator or ZERO staff to help facilitate the discussion and provide additional support.
