This mat class is a fusion of Pilates and Hatha Yoga poses. Based on the original Joseph Pilates 34 Contrology method, Pilates increases endurance and mobility and improves core strength and energy. Hatha Yoga poses emphasize breath, balance, and posture. This moderate-level class accommodates most levels. Beginners are welcome.
