TURN UP THE MUSIC1 Plus puzzles, activities & much more! SRO SPOTLIGHT 3

For those of us who have lived in Tennessee all of our lives, we know one thing is certain - the weather is so unpredictable. The weather this year has particularly been challenging as we have seen warm, sunny days followed immediately by snowflakes. The transition from winter to spring always seems to be more of a noticeable change than any other. Spring is not my favorite time of year in terms of weather; but, it is a favorite time and a reminder of the changes we all experience. I love the snow, but in the sprig time change, I do enjoy putting away sweatshirts, caps, and gloves and getting prepared for t-shirts. But, just as we are seeing signs of the changing of the seasons, we can be reminded that we have changes in our lives that require flexibility. We need to be able to monitor our circumstances, and be prepared on some days to approach situations, good or bad, by being flexible.

as we look forward to warmer weather... l et us also look forward to the new adventures we will have while staying drug-free. The upcoming Spring season brings all sorts of fun new activities outside to enjoy. Drugs and alcohol can impair your mental and physical capabilities. Whatever sport or activity is close to your heart, give it 100% effort while saying no to drugs and alcohol.
