Summer time is just around the corner and there is that sense of freedom that we all have in not having to be as structured as we are during the school year. Often we have time to sleep a little later and be more flexible. We don’t have to rush around as much. We still have responsibilities and opportunities, but we can change our activities as needed. Our encouragement for you is to be outside, exercise, and move about. There is excitement in being able to be outside and not be in front of our screens all day. The fresh air and the sunshine are good for our bodies and our minds. We can actually exercise our bodies and minds as we are moving around and getting physical exercise. Enjoy the summer. Enjoy time with your family and friends. Enjoy time outside!
