Masters Gallery
Earlier this year, Masters Gallery took over the Rumiano converting operation in Willows, CA. CMAB recently met with Masters Gallery marketing team to discuss the RCM Seal program and other opportunities. We are happy to report that the company is looking forward to working with our teams to look for more utilization of California cheese, especially Hilmar supply into the Willows converting line. While Masters Gallery brings in significant Wisconson supply under their brands, they will work with CMAB to look for innovation and private label opportunities to leverage our seal program to drive more cheese volume coming out of California. We will share more details when these programs come into fruition in 2026.
Clover Sonoma
CMAB recently visited Clover’s headquarters in Petaluma, CA to meet with their new CEO John Coletta. Topics discussed include Clovers growth plans to double revenue in the next 3 years through new distribution, new products and new capabilities. Processor partnerships team (Doug Reid) is providing subject matter experts and to support their goals to run more efficient operations, including introducing companies like Chartwell and Qualtech to their operations team.
The company will be launching a new line of ready to drink pour over dairy based Latte’s as shown below. Launch date will be in Q1 2026.
