PROJECT GOALS: • Keep researchers and the public informed of the latest global advancements in milk and dairy science. • Attract and inspires the next generation of food scientists by highlighting dairy research as a dynamic and innovative career path. • Support networking, collaboration, and educational opportunities through IMGC events and workshops.
