Q3 foodservice efforts were supported through earned media pitching to key industry outlets. Messaging was further reinforced via targeted print and digital advertising, as well as consistent content shared on RCM's foodservice social media channels. This content consistently reinforced program messaging while featuring the Real California Pizza Contest and Real California Virtual Grilled Cheese Contest, alongside other targeted foodservice content.

CMAB continues to proactively dispel dairy myths through a multi-channel approach by leveraging social media, strategic partnerships, and targeted sponsored ads with a strong emphasis on educating consumers on misconceptions around dairy. This quarter’s content focused on dairy and food safety, pasteurization, sleep, and family farms. All creative for the quarter performed very well, above benchmark for CTR (0.35%). The highest- performing content based on engagement (3.43% CTR) was a paid ad titled “99% of California dairy farms are operated by families – most are multi-generational”. This piece resonated strongly with audiences and aligned with CMAB’s strategic priorities.
