University Update We are currently mid-way through our fall
university programs , with strong engagement across all partner campuses. This semester, we have over 20 innovative dairy products and brands in development and more than 100 students participating across business, engineering, nutrition, communication, food science and dairy science disciplines.

Innovation Highlights Student teams are actively developing new dairy concepts across functional beverages, snacks, value-added milks, frozen novelties, and globally inspired dairy formats. Links to current work, including design decks, prototypes, and presentations can be provided for review upon request and final innovations will be mentioned in next quarters board book.

Final pitch events at each campus will conclude this years University cycle.
• Top student concepts will be evaluated for potential advancement or incorporation into future CMAB innovation pipelines. • These programs continue to build a high-value talent and innovation pipeline , reinforcing California’s leadership in dairy entrepreneurship and aligning with CMAB’s long-term strategic priorities. • If have any interest in interns or potential hires, please reach out as we have talent looking to be placed within the CA dairy industry.
