This is the third reverse trade mission this year, hosting fluid milk and cream buyers focused on the liquitank system. We now have existing weekly sales of fluid cream and condensed skim milk in Central America and the Caribbean. This group of buyers is cheese makers more focused on the use of condensed skim vat fortification.
