2025 YTD Performance Report – Week Ending 11/02/25 January through November 2025 (YTD) total dairy sales reported $93.3B, up +$4.8B (+5%) vs LY. Yogurt, Weight Control, Cottage Cheese categories report double digit growth, outpacing all other categories. Processed cheese and Plant based continue to be declining categories.

Processor Webinar – CMAB held our annual Processor Webinar in November 2025 where we had over 80 attendees/processors. Key speakers were Bob Carroll (CMAB Mission), John Crawford (Dairy insights and trends at Circana) and Mike McCully from McCully consulting covering dairy market pricing and factors.
Processor budget for 2026 will be $1.25M which is a decrease of $166k vs 2025.
