HOWOH!MINO HELPED BILL MCMANUS CHANGE HIS LIFE FROMOVERWEIGHT DESK JOCKEY TO FITNESS BUFF
website and decided to try the product. The results blew him away.
The year is 2019. Bill McManus, a software engineer, has just finished the day at his desk job. He’s 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 242 pounds, and 42% body fat. Although he’s brilliant at his work there’s one obstacle that stands in his way: stairs. “I was in really good shape in my teens and 20s, then I pretty much went to the whole other end of the spectrum,” Bill said. “I found myself at 55 and feeling terrible. I couldn’t even go up a flight of stairs. I told myself, ‘It’s time to draw the line, I need to change things now.’” Inspired, Bill put the wheels in motion. He started lifting weights with his son, even though he had trouble keeping up. Because he wanted to lose weight and gain muscle, he added whey protein shakes to his routine. “The problem was the calories. I was taking two or three a day and still fighting to lose weight,” Bill said.
“I had been working out for six or nine months and I’d started hitting brick walls, not being able to make any more gains,” Bill says. “About a month after taking Oh!mino, I started breaking through those walls in bench press and some of my other workouts. I was feeling more energy in the gym, and I had an increase in fat loss.” Bill kept at it, lifting weights 3–4 days a week and doing cardio almost daily. He took the Oh!mino caffeinated powder before each workout, and the stimulant- free version both as a post-workout supplement and protein boost before bed. Within a year, he’d lost 52 pounds, gained more than 10 pounds of muscle, and dropped his body fat to 20%! “I’ve really had some incredible strength gains,” he says. “Now I can keep up with my 26-year-old son pound for pound at the gym!”

His wife works out with him now, and his son started Oh!mino this summer. Even his doctor is impressed! “I just had my physical, and my blood work is great for my age,” Bill says. “To those that are just considering Oh!mino, I’d say to remember that you’ve got to take your time. You can't rush things. It takes a while, but if you stay on it you definitely do see the gains.”
That’s when Bill found Oh!mino. He was impressed by the studies on our
DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND KEEP YOUR BODY MOVING
HOW HIIT BENEFITS PEOPLE OF ALL AGES
occurs as people age. Energizing cells through HIIT benefits everyone, but these workouts can be of particular benefit to those over age 65. Seniors experience diminishing returns on energy produced by their bodies at a cellular level, and HIIT has been shown to reverse that process even in advanced age. HIIT workouts also have many other advantages for people of all ages. The exercises don’t necessarily require any equipment, and you can even see results from adding high-intensity intervals to daily walks. Those with health conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease, can still participate in HIIT. In fact, Healthline reports that HIIT workouts can reduce heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar. However, the biggest draw to HIIT exercises is just how much of a timesaver they are. A few minutes of high-intensity movement can be just as beneficial as roughly 45 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise. You can incorporate HIIT exercises into whatever activities you enjoy, such as walking, cardio exercises, and strength training. If you’re affected by weak joints, you can incorporate HIIT into lower impact exercises, such as swimming or cycling. If you want to feel energized while doing the things you love, then HIIT just might be something you want to try. Just remember to keep a steady pace and don’t overdo it!
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the best ways to burn fat, build muscle, and give yourself a better chance at a longer, healthier life. HIIT workouts are characterized by brief periods (30 seconds to a few minutes) of high-intensity exercise, followed by periods of low- or moderate-intensity exercise. However, what makes these workouts truly remarkable is just how much they can benefit people in every age group. According to Mayo Clinic research, HIIT workouts provide unique benefits to the body on a cellular level. The brief, vigorous exercises actually increase your metabolism and improve the health of mitochondria, the powerhouses that create energy within the cells. By energizing your cells, you can actually reverse the decline in muscle health that
