What we are currently doing to promote resilience at the systemic level? A Local Authority “Strength Center” for Resilience – We are initiating cooperation with the Sderot municipality to establish a local authority Strength Center that will enhance coordination between welfare, resilience, and education entities in the city. This center will facilitate information and know-how sharing, enable swift preliminary responses, and help formulate a comprehensive picture within the local authority. The center will serve as a platform for sharing information about various services provided to children and youth in the local authority, tracking residents’ needs, and monitoring service availability. A database will be created to analyze current status, support decision-making, and promote activities. As part of the organizing principle, a unified processing center will be established for resident requests in resilience and mental health, which will direct these requests to relevant professionals based on prioritization. Over time, the database and unified processing center will become an accessible resource for educational staff seeking consultation or assistance. The diagram on the next page illustrates the Strength Center’s components

Strength Center Components
