seriously, we elevated our approach to measuring engagement in 2023, underscoring our commitment to enhancing workplace culture. We upgraded our processes and systems to gain a comprehensive understanding of employees’ sentiments across all levels of the Company. This involved migrating to a more robust platform, empowering us to more effectively track and understand employee satisfaction over time. Utilizing a data-driven model facilitated by our partner, the new employee engagement software integrates feedback from over 100 million employees worldwide, offering a comprehensive view of our organizational culture. Moreover, TTEC achieved eligibility for Great Place to Work certification in several countries, with over 80% of global employees surveyed in 2023 affirming TTEC as a Great Place to Work. To leverage this endorsement, TTEC leaders will undergo training and coaching to further enhance the overall employee experience based on the insights gained.
