Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Diversity Council chair, who holds a seat on the ESG Executive Council, leads work in four focus areas. • Strategy and infrastructure , covering sustainability, philanthropic impact, supplier diversity, and partnerships. • Awareness and education , to ensure resources are deployed appropriately to promote awareness that enables an inclusive workforce to thrive. • Employee engagement and retention , to cultivate Employee Resource Groups and nurture growing communities of support. • Talent acquisition and development , which includes targeted training and development opportunities that maximize performance, enable upward professional mobility, and increase employee engagement. Among TTEC’s DE&I achievements in 2023: • Diversity compliance courses: For the first time, DE&I training, delivered through the TTEC Talent portal, was mandatory for our employees. Course completion rates among G&A employees reached 99% and completion rates for contact center associates hit 96%. 99% Diversity training completion rate, 96% Diversity training

TTEC is able to infuse humanity into everything we do because we embrace and celebrate diversity. We insist on equity and inclusion. With more than 60,000 employees engaging in more than 3.5 million daily interactions across six continents, TTEC represents a vibrant mosaic of world views, experiences, and cultures. Our progress on DE&I initiatives is reported to the TTEC Board of Directors annually, and sometimes more frequently whenever we achieve important milestones. TTEC’s Diversity Council revamped its charter in 2023 to become more inclusive and to better assess engagement and participation across the organization. Specifically, the Council sought out members with greater intentionality in 2023, to ensure voices from all departments and geographic regions are represented across people and culture, legal, operations, talent acquisition, enterprise services, and our Employee Resource Groups. The updated charter encourages input from all business functions, reveals new opportunities to improve, and ensures the Council is effective when making recommendations to company leadership.
