• In-country Impact ambassadors are our boots on the ground in regions across the globe. Ambassadors build local relationships and facilitate projects that align to the global model while adapting to the local context. Ambassadors report up to our Global Impact Operations Delivery Committee and keep our Global Impact Executive Steering Committee apprised of progress. In 2023, TTEC appointed its first Impact ambassador, who is based in South Africa. • Impact Partners: We work with local governments, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), educational institutions, nonprofits, and more to unearth opportunities for collaborative projects that uplift communities.
