Time
Elapsed time You will need: A stopwatch. Groups of 4–6.
In this game you will see who can give the best estimate of when exactly one minute has elapsed. The winner is the person who makes the best estimate. Choose one player in your group to be the time master. All other players put their heads down to cover their eyes. The time master says ‘go’ and starts the clock. Players raise their hands when they think that 1 minute has elapsed. The time master records the time each player raised their hand. At the end of the round, each player scores 1 point for each full second they over or underestimated. For example, a player who raises their hand after 57.2 seconds scores 2 points. The next player becomes the time master, and the round is repeated.
