Jim and Lynn started Open A in 1997 with the vision of building a legacy cowherd that will thrive in the northern Great Plains of the US. Grace is a Freshman at MSU, majoring in Ag Communications. She has stepped up the social media presence of Open A in the past year which has been a huge addition for the ranch. Hudson is going to school at South Heart High School and enjoys spending time chas- ing elk and deer on the ranch during hunting season. JIM & LYNN ARTHAUD FAMILY
Tellan is the General Manager of Open A overseeing the business side of the operation. Kayla continues to help where she can with some of the paperwork and support of operations when needed when she isn’t chasing kids! TELLAN & KAYLA STEFFAN FAMILY
Dey and Jen have been with Open A for a decade managing the Kramer Ranch portion of the ranch. They manage a commercial cowherd that also serves as our recipient cowherd for our embryo program. Their kids, Birch, Coll and Kate are often found helping in every aspect of the ranch and are much appreciated as well! DEY & JEN OBRIGEWITCH FAMILY
