Use estimates to find three objects in the classroom with masses less than 1 kg. Weigh each object. (a) Compare and then order their masses from lightest to heaviest. (b) Calculate how many more grams your heaviest object is than your lightest object. Solve these problems. (a) A bag of sand has a mass of 8 kg. What is the mass of โ€‹ 1 _ 4 โ€‹of the bag? (b) A pair of walking boots has a mass of 2 kg 600 g. What is the mass of one of the boots? (c) 4 pens are the same mass as 10 pencil sharpeners.
