ABOUT TWAYNE HOWARD As the Chief Operating Officer at The Right Place, Twayne directs all activities related to finance, human resources, information technology, infrastructure and administration, contracts, and third party consultants. He also leads events and administrative staff as well as the Leadership Team and professional staff. PAST EXPERIENCE Twayne has been with The Right Place for 22 years. He began as the Controller in 1995, was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in 2004, and in 2009, began his role as Chief Operating Officer. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT • LaughFest Cabinet Member • Institute of Management Accountants and several more. EDUCATION • Master of Science, Administration with concentration in Leadership | Central Michigan University • Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Accounting, and Production Operations Management | Central Michigan University. FAVORITE PART ABOUT LIVING IN WEST MICHIGAN Twayne’s favorite part about living in West Michigan is that it has an amazing conf luence of big city amenities and attractions, with a small town feel.

ABOUT JACKIE BEERING Jackie provides accounting support as well as oversight of all project tracking, collections, and records management. She is responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Jackie also manages grant reporting for MMTC-West, and is responsible for investor billing and record maintenance. PAST EXPERIENCE Jackie hasworked inaccounting at The Right Place since 2009. She is an experienced financial professional, holding various positions in accounting and finance over the life of her career. FAVORITE PART ABOUT LIVING IN WEST MICHIGAN As a transplant from New York, Jackie’s favoritepartabout living inWestMichigan is the quality of life. It has a small town feel, yet is large enough to be interesting. She loves being in close proximity to so many different types of areas, such as beaches, cities, and wilderness.
