At Franklin Building Supply, we are proud to showcase our team members who give their all to turn dreams into reality for our customers. Our employees always exemplify and stand behind our morals and values and provide the best service for our customers. Anthony, a load builder at our Caldwell location, has been with us for a little over a year, but it seems much longer than that! His professionalism, knowledge, customer service skills, and work ethic match that of a tenured employee — we are lucky to have him on board! Anthony is extremely grateful for his coworkers who provide a positive working atmosphere and a team he can rely upon. He takes pride in his work ethic, which helps
him achieve goals and get the job done in the most efficient and beneficial way. LEAN, a series of five principles designed to improve efficiency in the workplace, plays a significant role in Anthony’s day-to-day operations. “It helps me to do my job efficiently and successfully the first time,” Anthony tells us. “The main goal is to ensure my team, our customer, and I are happy.” Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family, and friends. “I love the water,” he says. “You can always find me enjoying swimming in any river or body of water.” He also enjoys playing softball and chairing AA recovery meetings on a weekly basis.
