Does Hewett consider himself to be a better doubles player than singles? “I think titles obviously speak for themselves,” he said. “What Gordon and I have achieved as a doubles partnership is incredible. I think it shows the level of consistency and

commitment that we’re able to put out on the tennis court. Even when we’re not maybe feeling our best physically or whatever, we’ve got seven or eight years of history to rely on. Maybe other pairs don’t have that level of chemistry that we have.
