Important Considerations Drawer Slides
● For slides with holding function in closed/opened position, holding force varies depending on their structure. ● The structure of the self-closing mechanism varies depending on the type of slides. ● Slides with a bumper reduce metal-to-metal noise at the end of the travel, but cannot completely eliminate it. Additionally, noise from the retainer movement cannot be minimised.
● For a single cabinet, select slides from the same series to maintain consistent sliding feel and noise levels. ● Some stainless steel slides incorporate plastic parts. Please verify their suitability when used in high-temperature or chemical environ- ments. ● Detachable ball bearing type slides (not including those with drawer bracket) combine the inner member and outer member with high precision fitting, so do not change the combination arbitrarily. Linear Guides ● Linear slide has different load capacity for vertical use and horizontal use. ● For vertical movement, some linear slides can be used, some cannot or unsuitable. Refer to relevant product pages for details.
