*What is ball creep? Ball creep occurs when the slide can only move within a range shorter than its full travel length. This issue is likely to happen if the slides are not installed in parallel, if the full travel length is not used, if the movement is not smooth, or if the slide moves up and down, among other reasons. To correct ball creep, try forcibly opening the slide fully. When doing this, pull it out slowly to avoid damage, as fast or forceful opening can cause harm.
