• Grease or oil is not required due to the use of a special polyethylene resin that has excellent sliding properties. • Resin also provides strong corrosion resistance to several types of chemicals. • Uses flame retardant material rated UL94HB. • Preload type guide block with minimal clearance is also available. Recommended Mounting Screws • (Rail) M4 hexagon socket button head screw, M4 hexagon socket low head bolt, or M4 binding machine screw Remarks • The rail mounting holes and ends are uncoated. • The preload type block does not fix the slider. Do not use the MINI GUIDE RAIL in a vertical or diagonal position, as it will lead to danger when the slider falls. • The block unit working force changes depending on the operating temperature.
