Easy and Fast Adjustment
The eccentric cam mechanism enables door adjustment in each direction simply by turning the depth and vertical adjustment screws. Door position adjustment is easier because the process of loosening the adjustment screws, deciding on a position, and fixing the door is not required. Overlay and tilt can be adjusted with the overlay adjustment screw. [Caution] • Be sure to use a manual screwdriver for each adjustment screw, making fine adjustments within the screw adjustment range. Do not use an air/electric/ chargeable screwdriver to rotate screws beyond the adjustment range limits, as this will damage the adjustment mechanism and lead to dysfunction.

[Caution] • Different sizes of the Heavy-Duty Concealed Hinge J95 are required for glass doors and wooden doors. • Prioritize the door weight when determining the glass size. • Mount the hinges as far apart as possible. When using 3 pieces, keep the mounting pitch uniform. Also, take into account door warping. • Because the door dimensions and number of hinges mounted are guidelines, confirm through actual mounting. • Apply lubricant periodically as maintenance when in use.
• When opening and closing the hinges before mounting the door, be careful not to snag fingers, as the hinge has a powerful catch. • Do not repeatedly open and close the concealed hinge as an individual product before mounting. Damage may result. • When using glass, use tempered glass. It is also recommended to use shatter-proof film on the glass. Be sure to remove the shatter-proof film in the areas where the product contacts the glass.
