Precautions
Horizontal bending
Overtightening due to the use of an electric screwdriver or impact screwdriver may damage or deform the product. Use a manual screwdriver.
Vertical bending
5. Do not use lubricant spray or coating • When the roller motion is stiff, do not apply lubricant spray or coating to the roller travel surface without masking. Dust may adhere to the surface or the coating film and prevent sliding.

1. Lower guide contact due to poor door groove machining
2. Lower guide contact due to door tilting
• Correct the machining to adjust the door angle or align the groove horizontally with the bottom of the door, so that the lower guide does not come in contact with the groove.
• Adjust the hanging bracket height/tilt so that the lower guide does not contact the door groove.

Precautions for mounting the retrofit trigger (soft close specifications only) • Be sure to drill a pilot hole in the track centre before drilling trigger mounting holes. (mounting hole dimensions for FD25·FD30: ϕ 4, FD27EV·FD35: ϕ 4.5, FD50: ϕ 5, FD80: ϕ 5) • Make sure to clear cutting scraps from the track. This is important for normal door function and preventing excessive roller noise. A track cleaner (P.639, P.642, P.668, P.696, P.702) is available as an option. • Be sure to mount the retrofit trigger in the centre of the upper track.
If insufficiently tightened, tilted, or floating, it will make contact with the soft close function and prevent normal operation. • The retrofit trigger and trigger mounting jig are included with the Two-Way Damper and also available for individual purchase. (P.632, P.636, P.639, P.642, P.660, P.664, P.668, P.690, P.702, P.722, P.742, P.743)
