Precautions for Magnetic Lower Guide FD30-MG (P.669) *The magnetic lower guide FD30-MG is an optional part for FD30SP, FD30EX (P.644~) and FDPN40P (P.586~P.593).
• High-power neodymium magnets are used. If using a pacemaker, keep at least 30 cm away from the door bottom leading edge side. • Pacemakers may be affected when in close proximity. In regards to the effects on other medical electronic devices, check with each manufacturer or dealer for details. • Vacuum around the guide pin periodically to prevent improper operation due to dust or debris. • If liquid such as juice is spilled over the guide pin, causing improper operation, pull up the guide pin, wipe it with a wet cloth, and dry it fully. • When cleaning the floor with wax or solvent, keep the substance out of the guide pin. It may harden and lead to improper operation. • If the magnet guide strike contact face is contaminated, remove foreign material. Otherwise, malfunctions may result. • This product is dedicated for flooring at least 12 mm thick. • Structurally, the guide pin may produce noise when the door moves. • If the guide pin is protruding, be sure to push it back manually.
