Pregnancy Policy Pregnant women will be permitted to sail only before their twenty-fourth week of pregnancy. Children’s Programs Star Cruises’ Child Care Centers provide fun activities for the young ones under the care of their staff. If your kids are old enough to look after themselves, there are plenty of facilities and activities to keep them occupied and entertained.
