We are committed to ensuring that our staff feel able to bring their whole selves to their job. The work of the Trust touches almost a million and a half people every year who rely on our care. We make many judgements every day, so it’s vital that our people reflect the society that we serve and we bring diverse attitudes and opinions to our work. We want to ensure that we recognise each person’s unique perspectives when we work together, and treat each other with kindness.
